Refund & Returns Policy
At Puzzle Solve Media, we are committed to providing professional digital marketing, technology, creative, and consulting services that deliver meaningful value to our clients.
Because our services often involve customized strategy, research, creative work, campaign setup, development, consulting, and time-based services, our refund policy differs from that of a physical product business.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for services purchased from Puzzle Solve Media.

2. Digital Services Are Generally Non-Refundable Once Work Begins
Because our services are customized and involve professional time, resources, strategy, research, development, and implementation, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Once Puzzle Solve Media begins delivering the agreed services, the associated fees may not be eligible for a refund.
This may include work such as:

-
Campaign setup
-
Account configuration
-
SEO implementation

3. Advance Payments
Where a client pays an advance or deposit to begin a project, the payment may be used to reserve resources, allocate team capacity, purchase third-party services, or begin project work.
Once work has commenced, advance payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If no work has started, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Puzzle Solve Media, subject to any applicable contractual obligations and third-party costs.
4. Monthly Retainer Services
For recurring monthly services, the monthly fee covers the agreed services, resources, planning, management, availability, and work performed during the applicable billing period.
If a client cancels a monthly retainer after the billing period has started:
-
Fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable.
-
Fees already paid for the current billing period may not be refundable.
-
Any agreed notice period will continue to apply.
-
Outstanding invoices must still be paid.
Cancellation will normally take effect according to the cancellation terms specified in the applicable service agreement or proposal.
5. Advertising Spend
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as:
-
Google Ads
-
Meta Ads
-
LinkedIn Ads
-
Microsoft Ads
-
TikTok Ads
-
YouTube Ads
-
Other advertising platforms
are separate from Puzzle Solve Media’s professional service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Advertising spend is generally non-refundable by Puzzle Solve Media because the funds are paid to or consumed by third-party advertising platforms.
If an advertising platform provides a refund, credit, or adjustment, the applicable amount may be passed to the client where appropriate.
6. Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party services may be non-refundable, including:
-
Domain registration
-
Web hosting
-
Premium plugins
-
Software subscriptions
-
Stock images
-
Fonts
-
Marketing platforms
-
Email platforms
-
SaaS subscriptions
-
Advertising platforms
-
Payment processing fees
-
Other third-party services
Any refund provided by the relevant third-party provider will be subject to that provider’s own refund policy.
7. Website Development Projects
For website development or landing page projects, payments may be divided into milestones.
Examples may include:
Deposit → Design → Development → Testing → Final Delivery
Once a particular stage has been completed or approved, the payment associated with that stage may become non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled after development has started, the client may be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
8. Client-Requested Changes
Reasonable revisions included in the agreed project scope will be handled according to the applicable proposal or agreement.
Requests that exceed the agreed scope may require additional fees.
A client cannot request a refund solely because additional changes are required where the delivered work meets the agreed scope.
9. Delays Caused by the Client
Refunds will generally not be provided where project delays result from:
-
Delayed feedback
-
Delayed approvals
-
Missing information
-
Missing content
-
Failure to provide account access
-
Failure to provide required credentials
-
Changes in project requirements
-
Failure to respond to communications
-
Other client-related delays
The project timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
10. Campaign Performance
Puzzle Solve Media does not guarantee specific marketing results unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Therefore, refunds will generally not be provided solely because a campaign does not achieve a specific:
-
Number of leads
-
Number of sales
-
Revenue target
-
ROI
-
ROAS
-
CPL
-
CPA
-
Website traffic level

Search engine algorithms
-
Competition
-
Website quality
-
Content
-
Technical factors
-
Backlinks
-
Industry conditions
-
Search behavior
Failure to achieve a particular search ranking or traffic level does not automatically qualify for a refund.
12. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels a project before work has started, Puzzle Solve Media may consider a refund of eligible amounts received.
Any refund may be reduced by:
-
Payment processing fees
-
Non-refundable third-party expenses
-
Administrative costs
-
Other costs already incurred
The final refund amount will depend on the circumstances and applicable agreement.
13. Cancellation After Work Begins
If a client cancels after work has started, the client may be responsible for:
-
Work already completed
-
Work in progress
-
Third-party expenses
-
Advertising expenses
-
Approved project milestones
-
Outstanding invoices
-
Other non-refundable costs
Any remaining refundable balance, if applicable, will be assessed after outstanding amounts and incurred costs have been calculated.
14. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or pay an incorrect amount, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we may refund the excess amount after verifying the transaction.
Payment processing fees may not be refundable.
15. Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions
If a payment fails but your bank or payment provider shows a temporary hold or deduction, the amount may be released automatically by the payment provider according to its processing timelines.
Puzzle Solve Media does not control the processing timelines of banks, card networks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.
